Parties & Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between Mobile Catering Made Easy, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as My Agency Audit ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Tampa Bay, Florida, and you ("Client," "you," or "your").
By accessing our website at myagencyaudit.io, booking a free audit call, starting a free trial, or subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Free Trial Terms
A valid credit card is required to start your free trial. You will not be charged during the 14-day trial period. On Day 15, your selected plan rate will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Trial Period: My Agency Audit offers a 14-day free trial to first-time clients only. The trial begins on the date your account is activated and access to services is granted.
Eligibility: The free trial is available to new clients only. One free trial per business entity. Clients who have previously subscribed to any My Agency Audit plan are not eligible for a new free trial.
Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card must be provided at the time of trial signup. Your card will be securely stored but will not be charged during the 14-day trial period.
Automatic Conversion: At the end of the 14-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected at signup. You will be charged the applicable monthly rate on Day 15.
Setup Fees: Where applicable (AI Growth Suite and Done-For-You Content tiers), setup fees are charged at the time of signup — not at the end of the trial. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced.
- Starter Growth ($497/mo) — No setup fee. Trial starts free, billed on Day 15.
- AI Growth Suite ($997/mo) — $499 setup fee charged at signup. Monthly billing begins Day 15.
- Done-For-You Content ($1,500/mo) — $997 setup fee charged at signup. Monthly billing begins Day 15.
Cancellation During Trial: You may cancel your trial at any time before Day 15 to avoid being charged the monthly plan rate. To cancel, email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Trial" before your trial period ends. Cancellations are processed within 1 business day.
What Happens After Cancellation: If you cancel during the trial period, your account access will remain active until the end of the 14-day period. After that, access will be revoked and no further charges will be made. Setup fees already paid are non-refundable.
Subscription & Billing
Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month, beginning on Day 15 of your trial (or immediately upon signup if no trial is selected). All prices are in USD.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize My Agency Audit to charge your payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment is not resolved, your account may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
No Contracts: All subscriptions are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties beyond the current billing period.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Include your business name and the email address associated with your account.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all services through the last day of the period you have paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Data After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your sub-account data within GoHighLevel will be retained for 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for exporting any contacts, reports, or content you wish to retain before cancellation.
Refund Policy & 90-Day Guarantee
90-Day Performance Guarantee: If My Agency Audit fails to deliver a minimum of 10 new customers within your first 90 days of paid service, you are entitled to a full refund of monthly subscription fees paid during that period. This guarantee applies to paid subscriptions only — not to setup fees or trial periods.
Guarantee Conditions: To qualify for the 90-day guarantee refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have completed the full onboarding process and approved your system setup
- All integrations (phone, calendar, GHL sub-account) must be active and properly connected
- You must have responded to leads and attempted to convert inbound inquiries during the 90-day period
- Refund request must be submitted within 100 days of your paid subscription start date
Setup Fees: Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced, regardless of subscription status or guarantee claims.
General Refunds: Outside of the 90-day guarantee, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Monthly charges that have already processed will not be reversed.
How to Request a Refund: Email [email protected] with subject line "Guarantee Refund Request" within the 100-day window. Include your business name, account email, and a brief description of results received.
Services & Deliverables
My Agency Audit provides done-for-you AI growth systems including but not limited to: website design, voice AI, conversation bot, Google review automation, reputation management, missed call SMS callback, appointment booking, and referral automation — all built and managed within the GoHighLevel platform.
Setup Timeline: We commit to completing your initial system setup within 7 business days of receiving all required information from you during onboarding. Delays caused by incomplete information, non-responsive clients, or third-party platform outages are not within our control.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to onboarding requests within 3 business days, and maintain any third-party accounts (Google Business Profile, phone number, domain) required for the system to function properly.
No Guarantee of Specific Results: While we stand behind our 90-day performance guarantee, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, search rankings, review counts, or lead volumes beyond the guarantee terms outlined above. Results vary by industry, market, and client engagement level.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam in violation of applicable laws including the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA
- Misrepresent your business, products, or services to consumers
- Engage in any activity that violates federal, state, or local law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any systems, automations, or templates we build for you
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobile Catering Made Easy, LLC (d/b/a My Agency Audit) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to My Agency Audit in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit in connection with your use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email to the address on file. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
