Mobile Catering Made Easy, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as My Agency Audit ("My Agency Audit," "we," "us," or "our"), headquartered in Tampa Bay, Florida, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It applies to all visitors to myagencyaudit.io, users of our Free AI Visibility Audit tool, and clients who subscribe to our services.

By using our website, submitting an audit, booking a call, or starting a paid plan, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information in four ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically, information from third-party services, and information collected by the audit tool itself.

Information You Provide Directly

When you fill out the Free AI Visibility Audit form, book a call, start a free trial, or contact us, we collect:

• Business name, category, and location
• Your first name and email address
• Phone number (when you provide it for SMS results)
• Your business website URL (when provided)
• Payment information when you subscribe to a paid plan (processed by Stripe — see Section 5)
• Any other information you choose to share in messages, calls, or onboarding documents

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting and analytics tools collect:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time on each page, and referring URLs
• Interactions with forms, buttons, and embedded video
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

Information From Third Parties

When you connect Google Business Profile, social accounts, or other services to our system during onboarding, we may receive business profile data, review data, and other information you authorize those services to share with us.

Information Collected by the AI Visibility Audit Tool

When you submit a business website URL through our Free AI Visibility Audit, our tool fetches and analyzes publicly available information about your business in order to generate your audit score. This may include:

• Publicly visible content on the website you submit
• Publicly available business listings on directories such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, Bing Places, and Apple Maps
• Publicly visible review counts, ratings, and recency data from public sources
• Publicly accessible schema markup, metadata, and structured data on your website
• Publicly available citation and authority signals (mentions of your business on directories, news sites, or local publications)

We do not access password-protected areas, paid databases, or any information that is not publicly available. We do not impersonate you when contacting third-party services.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver your AI Visibility Score and audit results
• Send the audit summary and follow-up communications to your email
• Send SMS results when you explicitly opt in by providing a phone number
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls you book
• Provide and maintain our AI growth services for paying clients
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates
• Improve our website, audit tool, and services
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
• Comply with legal obligations under federal, state, and local law

We do not use your information for advertising to you by third parties, and we do not sell your personal information.

SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email or other communications.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business. These providers have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.

Current providers include:

• GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) — CRM, SMS delivery, email marketing, calendar booking, and client dashboard
• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing for subscriptions and one-time purchases. We do not store full credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance
• Netlify, Inc. — Website hosting and content delivery
• Google LLC — Analytics, Google Business Profile integration, and email delivery via Google Workspace
• Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, security, and content delivery infrastructure

We may add or change service providers from time to time. The current list reflects providers in use as of the Effective Date above.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• With service providers listed in Section 5, as needed to deliver our services
• With your consent when you explicitly authorize a specific disclosure
• For legal reasons when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of My Agency Audit, our clients, or the public
• In a business transfer if My Agency Audit is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets — in which case your information may transfer to the successor entity

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize repeat visitors, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve the experience.

Types of cookies we may use:

• Essential cookies — required for the site and audit tool to function
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site
• Marketing cookies — used by GoHighLevel and embedded widgets to attribute conversions

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break parts of the website, including the audit tool.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes thereafter, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Specific retention periods:

• Audit submissions and lead data — retained for 24 months from your last interaction
• Active client account data — retained for the duration of your subscription
• Cancelled client data — retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
• Billing and tax records — retained for 7 years as required by law

You may request earlier deletion of your data — see Section 10.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire site
• Encrypted data storage with our service providers
• Limited employee and contractor access on a need-to-know basis
• Strong password and authentication requirements for internal accounts

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Right to correct — request that we update inaccurate information
• Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Right to opt out — opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Right to portability — request your information in a portable format

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

This Privacy Policy complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

U.S.-Only Operations

My Agency Audit operates exclusively from the United States and our services are intended for U.S.-based businesses. We do not target our services to residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction outside the United States, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals in those jurisdictions.

If you access our website or submit information to us from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and to the processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and U.S. law.

Governing Law and Disputes

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit in connection with any dispute arising under this Privacy Policy. This dispute resolution provision aligns with the dispute resolution terms in our Terms of Service.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective date" and "Last updated" dates at the top of this page
• Notify active clients by email when changes are significant
• Post a notice on the website for visitors

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
